Internal Use and Presentation Output Exception
Copyright (c) 2026 Chris-yoo80
This is a project-specific, source-available license. It is not the MIT
License, an OSI-approved open source license, or n8n's license.
1. Scope and ownership
These terms cover the original skill instructions, helper programs, player
code, templates, examples, and documentation distributed with this license
(the Package). The copyright holder identified above is the Licensor.
Third-party materials retain their own terms. Your input documents, data,
original presentation content, and independently created assets are not
claimed by the Licensor through this license.
2. No-charge permitted use
You may obtain, run, study, and adapt the Package without paying the
Licensor for personal purposes, noncommercial activities, and work within
your own organization. This includes internal use by a for-profit company
to prepare its reports, proposals, training materials, and presentations.
AI providers, hosting providers, and other third parties may charge their
own fees; those fees are not covered by this permission.
You may give another person an unmodified or modified copy of the Package
without charging for it when the distribution itself has a noncommercial
purpose. The recipient receives these same permissions and restrictions.
Identify material modifications and retain the notices described below.
3. Uses requiring separate written permission
The permissions above do not include any of the following:
(a) Selling, renting, sublicensing, or charging for access to the Package,
its modifications, or a product that includes its generator, reusable
player, templates, or skill instructions as a tool for others.
(b) Operating an external presentation-generation or conversion service
based on the Package as a business, whether provided through an API,
website, application, subscription, or other automated interface.
Keeping the Package on your own server does not avoid this restriction.
(c) Bundling the Package into a paid tool or a paid skill collection, or
relabeling it as a different commercial generation product.
Contact the Licensor through the source repository for a separate grant
covering such a use. No commercial permission is implied by silence,
public access to the repository, or possession of a copy.
4. Presentation Output Exception
A Presentation Output is a completed presentation generated for particular
content. It may include the runtime player code, styles, and supporting
assets embedded by this Package for viewing that presentation.
You may view, host, copy, share, and deliver Presentation Outputs as part
of your personal or organizational communications, including reports,
proposals, training, and presentations delivered to customers. You may
edit the output to revise its content or presentation behavior. The
presence of the embedded player does not by itself prohibit this sharing.
Recipients may view and redistribute that completed presentation with its
embedded runtime and retained notices for the same presentation purposes.
This exception does not authorize extracting the embedded runtime or
templates to redistribute them as a tool, offering the generation service
described in section 3, or distributing the Package under the label of a
presentation output. Those activities remain governed by sections 2 and 3.
Rights in input content and third-party assets must be obtained separately.
5. Notices and attribution
Copies of the Package, including modifications, must carry this complete
license and the Licensor's copyright and license notices. Presentation
Outputs must retain a copy of this license and the embedded legal notice;
these may be included in the HTML source or an accompanying file that
travels with the output. A visible watermark is not required by this
version of the license. There is no requirement to star the repository,
publish your private source documents, or disclose your internal changes.
6. Reserved rights and termination
Rights not expressly given here remain with their respective holders.
No right to use the Licensor's name or marks to imply endorsement is
granted. Permissions under these terms cease for a use that violates
them. The Licensor may give separate permissions in writing.
7. Warranty and liability
The Package is supplied without a promise of fitness, correctness,
availability, or continued support. To the extent applicable law permits,
the Licensor gives no warranties and accepts no liability for loss or
damage arising from its use. Nothing here removes a right or liability
that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
The English text above is the controlling license. Translations and
plain-language summaries are explanatory and do not add permissions.
